These Terms of Service help protect your access and use of the Zavro ("the Bot"). By using, or interacting with the bot you automatically agree to our terms of service, if you do not agree please kick our bot out of YOUR server right away!

By using this bot Zavro, you automatically confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or older and you meet the minimum age requirements of Discord's Terms of Service.
To ensure a positive experience for all users of this bot and to prevent harsh discord rate limits, you agree to using the bot in the way it was made and you are unable to edit the bot to however you want to. You are NOT allowed to abuse exploits or reverse engineer the bot's code or functionality.
The bot will collect all public data about your guild when it is added. You can view this data on the dashboard in the overview section. Zavro collects basic guild information and user information in order to operate correctly. Zavro dashboard collects anonymous data, please review section 6 of the privacy policy for more information.
The bot is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, this bot will NEVER be perfect and can/will have bugs in it. The bot has times where uptime isn't guaranteed.
This bot will always comply with the Discord Developer Policy, Discord's Terms of service, Privacy Policy, and the law. The developer is NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting in you losing access to the Zavro discord bot through the forum of a blacklist. The developer ziggy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the bot for any USER or SERVER, If you violate any of these terms then you and/or the server will be banned from the bot along with YOU.
This website has rate limits in place, please do not spam buttons or you will be rate limited. You may only use this service as intended, do not try and reverse engineer, exploit or abuse the website, you will be terminated from the site. This service is provides "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, if I decide to stop supporting this service, you have no say in bringing it back. If the website outputs an error, please report it to me through the support center.
These terms may be updated as the bot gets into more and more servers every single year. We will be sending out notifications in our discord server about the terms of service update.
