1. Introduction

Welcome to Zavro's Privacy Policy, This outlines how Zavro collects, uses, and protects user data while providing it's most amazing features on discord! By using Zavro you automatically agree to the info in this Privacy Policy.

2. Data Collection, How your data is used, How your data is stored, and how long it is stored

Zavro collects the following types of data:

  • What the discord bot collects:
  • User Commands- Commands entered by users to interact with the bot
  • Guild Information – Data about the servers where the bot is added, including server ID, owner ID, channel and category counts, role count, member counts (humans and bots), emoji counts (static and animated), boost information (boost count and tier), verification level, AFK timeout settings, and the last update timestamp.
  • User Identifiers- user IDs, usernames, and discriminator numbers necessary for bot functionality
  • What the dashboard and status page collect:
  • User Information- UserIds, UserNames
  • Website Collection- The website collects encrypted ip-address for functionality
  • Anonymous Analytics- The website collects anonymous technical information to help improve the website (see section 6)

Any commands/events that will be tracking data like the GuildID (or UserID, RoleID, etc) will be disabled by default. We do this to prevent any unwanted data getting collected.

Zavro uses the data inputted into the bot to help process and respond to users commands, enhance user experiences with updates to make sure the bot doesn't crash via error logs, and we use our team of beta testers to help test the bot to make sure it is properly functioning and to help the developers troubleshoot issues!

Zavro will temporarily store data for at least 2 to 4 weeks, user data can be removed via request by dming the server owner ziggy._.mc that way they can make sure that your data is deleted upon your request, it may take a few days to delete depending on if we are backed up on requests or not!

Note: Zavro does NOT collect or store sensitive personal info unless explicitly required for a feature and consented to by the users of Zavro.

3. Third-Party Services

Zavro does use 3rd party services like MongoDB our database host. These services also comply with discord's tos and very important standards set for data protection.

4. Children's Privacy

Zavro is always intended for use on discord, this requires users to be at least 13 years of age or older. Zavro does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy and Contact Us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be announced via the announcements channel in the bot's support server. Continued use of Zavro after updates to this privacy policy means that you automatically agree to this privacy policy. Again please remember that if you do have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or wish to request data deletion, you can contact us in our support server via the /support command.

6. Zavro Dashboard & Status Page

All of your personal data (ex. ip-address) is encrypted for your own privacy. We do not store any of your data until you link one account to your discord account. We do not have access to any accounts that you link. You are free to disconnect your account at any time. If you wish to delete all of your data and your account, please click "Delete Account" to delete all data associated with your account.

Anonymous Analytics: The dashboard and status page collect anonymous technical information to help us understand how the website is being used and to improve the service. This may include:

  • Device or system type
  • Browser type
  • Basic usage information
  • The URL or page being accessed
  • Timestamps based on the server or machine time

This data is anonymous and is not used to personally identify you.

Session Tokens: The dashboard stores session tokens to keep you logged in so you do not need to log in every time you visit. Dashboard session tokens last approximately 2–4 weeks before expiring. The status page also uses session tokens, but they expire after about 1 day.

7. Request data

When Zavro collects data about a user, we associate it with your Discord user ID. When you request your data, Zavro will direct message you a file with all of your data. If you would like this data removed, please execute the "/data delete" command. Upon request, we will remove all data that has your user ID in it. When deleting data, we will only delete data not associated with a system.

Note: This is different from deleting your account on the dashboard. This will wipe all of your data clean, deleting your account will only wipe anonymous data, connections, shorturl (ds), and your user profile.

Important: Zavro bot collects data using your guild ID:

  • Public Guild Data
  • System functionality
  • Dashboard functionality

We understand that some users may not want this data stored. If you would like to delete all of your guild data, follow these steps:

  • Go to the dashboard and login
  • Click on the guild you want to delete the data from
  • In the navigation bar, click settings
  • Click "Delete All Guild Data"

Note: After deletion please kick the bot immediately. The bot starts collecting data again after 1–5 minutes of deleting guild data.

8. External API TOS and Privacy

Zavro uses external api. These services have TOS and Privacy of their own, when using a system in Zavro with those api in it. You also are subject to their TOS and Privacy. A list of services you are subject to are:
